Emergency Line
The emergency line should be used when you cannot get through to us by e-mail or fax. Before dialling the emergency line, please submit a support ticket to the support desk so that our technicians can get back to you. Dial +27 12 663 5201 and leave a message with a short description of the problem, your domain name, username and contact email address. The message will then be forwarded to our support staff to attend to your problem. You will be informed by email/fax/sms once it has been resolved.
