All our Windows 2003 servers are located in a state-of-the-art
30,000 sq ft data centre owned and maintained
by Data Foundry and located in Austin, TX. The
data centre features 6 OC-48 connections, configured
redundantly to 6 different major Internet carriers,
providing you with the utmost in connectivity,
availability and reliability. But it doesn't stop
there. The data centre also has four 500 kVA redundant
UPS systems providing 60 minutes of runtime at
full load, fully redundant 1875 KvA diesel generators
providing more than 48+ hours of backup power
before the 6000 gallon tanks have to be refilled,
twenty 30-ton Liebert Air Conditioners, an FM-200
fire suppression system, 24/7 Network Operations
Centre and monitoring, biometric and video security,
and redundant Cisco 12000 series routers and switches.
DigiServ™ Technologies cc equipment is collocated in a
$15 million telco-grade data centre owned and
maintained by Data Foundry and located in Austin,
TX. Originally built in 2001 for Verio, this data
centre is fully redundant and secured in every
way. It is monitored 24x7 by live personnel, and
is scaled to meet growing demands far into the
future. This is truly a first-class facility!
See below for more on the specs of this data centre.

| Fire
Prevention and Suppression |
| Phase 1 |
HSSD (High
Sensitivity Smoke Detection) sensors continuously
sample the air at adjustable periods of
time for smoke, chemicals and heat. HSSD
can detect fire up to 30 minutes prior to
smoke and/or flame |
| Phase 2 |
Localize
and Isolate the source and use FE36 handheld
extinguishers |
| Phase 3 |
FM-200 building-wide
system. (39) FM-200 systems are distributed
across the entire Data Centre. FM-200 non-conductive
and non-corrosive gas prevents equipment
damage that could otherwise result from
traditional water-based systems. FM-200
is a safe alternative to Halon |
| Phase 4 |
Dual Interlock,
Dry Pipe, Pre-Action Sprinkler System. Pressurized
dual interlock system ensures no water is
above any equipment in the Data Centre |
| Building
Management Control |
| A
building management system control monitors
and reports any abnormal conditions within
the Internet Data Centre. This system can
be remotely operated |
