Dear DigiServ customers,

We've received an amazing amount of positive feedback since yesterday with the launch of our new Entry Level and Professional Hosting packages. We would like to thank customers for their valuable feedback, it is greatly appreciated.

We've also received an alarming amount of requests to upgrade customers automatically from our older Entry Level and Professional packages to our new packages.

Due to the large number of requests received we have taken the decision to upgrade all customers to our new packages. We do however ask that customers who do not want to be upgraded from our older Entry Level and Professional packages to let us know by email. We will start upgrading customers on Wednesday the 18th of July 2012, if we did not hear from you by this date we will automatically upgrade your hosting package. 

Please note this does not affect hosting packages prior to April 2009 (i.e. Linux Budget, Economy, Standard etc.) as these packages will be automatically upgraded as per our announcement yesterday. These upgrades will start on Monday the 16th of July 2012.

During the upgrade customers will receive an order confirmation as we issue the upgrade request. Customers may or may not receive invoices depending on the package being upgraded to. Our systems will automatically pro-rata the old hosting package, what has been paid for and the amount of days left on the current package and apply these calculations (charges) during the upgrade process to the new package.

We will asses hosting packages on a case by case basis, based on the current usage and upgrade packages accordingly.
