How is my data backed up?

We backup changed files to our backup system every night.  In the event of a total hardware failure or server compromise, we should be able to restore your data to a state close to what it was using the most recent backups.

However, we always advise you to maintain an off-site backup of your site just in case your data is lost.  We are not responsible for lost data in the event a restore fails.
