Keeping your contact details updated (email address and contact numbers) remains the responsibility of our customers. Please use your client area to update your email address or cell number as this information is used to stay in touch with you. If your contact details are updated and you are still not receiving payment reminders, invoices or suppor ticket replies please ensure that you have whitelisted our domain (@digiserv.biz) with your email provider.
