Time/Date is displayed incorrectly on web pages and databases

Since DigiServ.biz hosts customers from around the world, all server times are set to the non-changing GMT time to reduce confusion and ensure the widest standardization.  Therefore, if you have scripts which do not account for your local time zone, all times and dates in your scripts will be displayed in GMT.  You will need to either add or subtract the appropriate number of hours for your time zone in your scripts in order to display time/dates correctly.
