How do I transfer files to my FrontPage account using FrontPage?

First, you should never use standard FTP to copy your web pages to a FrontPage-enabled web site. This can damage your FrontPage extensions and force us to reinstall them. We reserve the right to charge the current hourly rate for this service.

When you are ready to publish your site, you need to go to the File menu and click "Publish Web". For the location, type the domain name you wish to publish to in the format "http://www.yourdomain.com". You will be prompted for a username and password. Provide the exact username, as displayed on the Domain Menu in Helm next to "FrontPage Username". Enter your FrontPage password as set on the same page.

Choose OK and your site should then begin publishing.
