What happens if I forgot my password, can I phone you?




Under no circumstance will we give out passwords over the phone. Through our extended research we discovered that many clients woke up the next day only to find that their web site security has been breached. Anyone can phone us, claiming to be the owner of the account. If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it open a support ticket. Our support team will do a thorough security check before any passwords will be given out or changed.
