What should my POP3 username/password be?

You first need to ensure you have set up your mail accounts in the Helm control panel before trying to connect with your username and password. You will set up both a username and password there, which you will later use to connect to your mail account.

Once you have created your mail account in Helm, you will need to enter this information into your mail client, such as Outlook Express, Netscape, etc. Your username will be the mail username you set up in Helm, entered as username@yourdomain.com, and the password that you assigned to that user account set in Helm.
